Aims & Objectives

Aims and objectives of the Society for which the same is established, are as under: :-
  1. To create a sense of brotherhood, mutual harmony, Love and affection amongst the member of the society and also the general public.
  2. To work for the human development in all aspects of physical material and economic well being of the citizens of the country through joint and collaborative actions of voluntary organizations.
  3. To assist, promote and re-vitalize the voluntary organizations, human resource, development, infrastructure, financial resources and organization.
  4. To support and work for fulfillment of National goals and priorities for, the overall development of citizens and regions.
  5. To associate, interact and deliberate upon numerous development issues which are strengthening the outreach of voluntary organizations.
  6. To assist the voluntary organizations in raising funds and resources from various channels, GOVT. National/International and local bodies.
  7. To produce and bring out useful publications, guidelines, manuals, handouts and newsletters to facilitate the endeavour.
  8. To organize outstanding technology, voluntarism, and conduct facilitation programmers, awards to the personalities in field of production, science and management and administration in the fields of voluntarism.
  9. To organize and conduct national, international, regional and state level seminars, workshops, studies in the area of human development, poverty alleviation and voluntary organizations.
  10. To realize the joint action of voluntary organizations through coordination, field actions and research.
  11. To provide consultancy and services to NGOs, CSOS and Panchayatiraj institutions to strengthen the field actions facilitating rural and urban development.
  12. To organize and conduct programmers facilitating the capacity building of NGOs, support services to policy formulations and lobby activities.
  13. To promote transparency and fairness among institutions and organizations in the field of development.
  14. To assist the NGOs, and civil society organizations in planning monitoring and evaluations.
  15. To provide technical project support services to NGOs, CCSOs, and Panchayatiraj institutions.
  16. To assist the NGOs, for the promotion of employment generation, rural assets, healthcare education skill development, youth and women development.
  17. To set up an NGO resource center at Delhi for facilitation.
  18. To function as a single window channel for NGOs, Govt. administrative systems, regional and international organizations.
  19. To publish Books, Charts, illustrations, Journals, Magazines, periodicals, Newsletters/papers and other publications on the different subjects and in different languages for the promotion of above aims and Objects of the above society.
  20. Society will invest its money and funds according to section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act of 1961.
  21. To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt./Non Government organization, international bodies, Bank, Company and any other legal entity or individual for attainment the objective of the organizations and to fulfill the needs of the people.
  22. To accept donations, grant, presents, gifts and other offerings in the shape of movable or immovable properties and the same shall be utilized for the promotion of Aims and objects of the above society.
  23. To make survey for collection of dates for the attainment of any objects of the society.
  24. To collect notices, notifications, policies, information from the Govt. Semi-government, NGO and other National/International agencies and provide the same to the members of the society and the general public.
  25. The aims and objects of the society shall be purely for ‘CHARITABLE PURPOSE’ which includes relif of the poor, educational, social, medical relief and the advancement of any other objects of general public utility.
  26. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the building of the above society, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the aims and object of the society as per Govt. rules.
  27. To purchase/acquire the land and/or building in the name of the society for the upliftment and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the societ-‘as per Govt. rules.
  28. To do such other things/ acts/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the object of the society.
  29. To undertake the jobs as mother NGO in various programmers of the Govt. , Semi Government, etc., organization for transparency, accountability and achievements.
  30. All the income, earnings, movable or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profit or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.
